 The South Bay is a progressive plan that offers a formal raised dining room just off the kitchen. This large room offers a 14’ coffered ceiling and architectural points of interest such as cutaways to the hall that have custom planters built in. The floor is covered in a scraped birch wood in a 5 ½” plank.
